Heiner Brau is a microbrewery and brewing museum located in the historic Passenger Rail Station building in Covington, Louisiana, United States.
Heiner Brau is owned and operated by Brewmeister Henryk "Heiner" Orlik, an expatriate from Nuremberg, Germany who holds a degree from the Doemens School of Brewers and Malsters.[2]
Orlik strictly adheres to the Reinheitsgebot or German Purity Law of 1516 in all brewing done by his brewery.[3]
